About the Event
We will be distributing Diapers ONLY to individuals that have registered for this event.
*Note: This is a first come first served !while supplies last!! We are NOT able to hold any diapers!

Join us for our grand opening where you can tour the center, meet our staff and partners, and enjoy food, drinks, and entertainment.

HEART is open to everyone and offers:
- Support groups to connect with others
- Job support for resumes and interviews
- Computers with internet access
- Food, exercise and financial classes for all skill levels
- Childcare services, community resources and more!
- A Broward HealthPoint Maternity Care Center
Community Care Plan led a collaborative that was awarded funding from the Health Foundation of South Florida to improve OB outcomes for Black women and support the opening of the HEART Community Resource Center and Maternity Care Center in an area currently known as a maternity care desert.
